Computercraft provides high-level scientific and project management expertise with a focus on biotech and health IT. Our Federal experience spans a wide array of agencies, from the Department of Health and Human Services and the State Department, to the Smithsonian and National Park Service.

NATIONAL LIBRARY OF MEDICINE (NLM)

Computercraft has several projects with the National Library of Medicine. One project supports the Division of Specialized Information Services in its mission to expand access to health information to underserved populations. In 2006, Computercraft collaborated with NLM and the Chickasaw Nation to establish the Chickasaw Health Information Center to improve access to health information in the Chickasaw Nation.
Computercraft has also assisted with several projects for the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) within NLM. Computercraft staff support several key NCBI resources, including the primary literature databases (e.g., PubMed, PubMed Central, Bookshelf), nucleotide and protein sequence databases, bioinformatics analysis resources (Conserved Domains Database), and health information databases (e.g., PubMed Health, dbGaP). Computercraft supports these resources with subject matter experts with broad expertise, including technical writers, scientists, programmers, and project managers.
